The Knapp Fellow application opens on 5PM November 10th.

This fellowship will provide an excellent opportunity for leadership development during your time at GW. It will also offer many unique interactions with some of today's leading figures in the worlds of business, politics, and academia across the Jewish community and beyond.

 

Fellows will be included in meetings and speaker events with prominent international and Jewish leaders, develop   leadership skills through workshops and take on meaningful Chabad GW leadership responsibilities.

 

Fellows will also receive priority consideration in our Internships Placement Program.

 

Please review the general responsibilities outlined below and submit the following application in order to be considered for an interview for this coming semester's fellowship.

 

Fellows will be expected to:

-Participate in lunch meetings with prominent local DC leaders in politics, business, international affairs, and Jewish organizations

-Participate in cohort discussions with Rabbi and Rebbetzin Shemtov to discuss individual and team growth and progress throughout the Knapp Fellowship program

-Attend a Chabad GW leadership day retreat

-Participate in planning and organization of Chabad GW events (at least one per semester)

-Attend our weekly Shabbat dinners

-Engage in at least one weekly Chabad GW learning opportunity (Pizza Parsha, Bagels, Lox and Torah (Tefillin), and Girls Club)

-Participate occasionally in Chabad GW E-Board meetings

Upon successful completion of the program, Knapp Fellows will receive a stipend.
